Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Maryland seeks a collaborative People Experience Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for a portfolio of departments and health centers. You will translate workforce strategies into day-to-day practice across the employee lifecycle, guiding managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations.

In this role, you will lead functional specialties such as talent acquisition, HR analytics, and benefits administration, with travel across Maryland health

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist/HRBP/People Operations).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR certification a plus.
• Healthcare, multi-site, or non-profit HR experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP, Lattice, and ATS software.
• Knowledge of federal and Maryland employment laws and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR business partner for assigned health centers and departments, guiding managers through workforce plans and policies.
• Lead workforce recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire experiences.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee relations with alignment to the CBA provisions.
• Administer benefits, leave, and lifecycle changes in collaboration with the People Operations team.
• Support HR analytics, metrics dashboards, and payroll/auditing tasks as needed.
