• Ability to participate in video meetings with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PBM operations for clients as the main liaison.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to deliver client requests.
• Track issues from start to resolution and provide routine updates to clients.
• Drive solutions and engage appropriate internal or client resources to resolve issues.
• Ensure deadlines and client guarantees are met, including travel when necessary.
