Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Healthcare Payroll Specialist to join our Everett, WA office. You will process biweekly payroll for a home health and hospice agency, ensuring accurate timecards, deductions, and earnings using Workday and HCHB.

Responsibilities include handling multiple pay models (hourly, salary, contract, per diem), managing reimbursements, and supporting month-end close while maintaining confidentiality and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience in home health or hospice or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Workday HRIS and HCHB EMR preferred.
• Strong Excel and data management skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of payroll laws and accounting principles.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
