Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Five years payroll experience preferred, healthcare payroll experience a must
• CPP certification preferred
• Experience supervising payroll and multi-entity environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations for Henry Ford Health's multi-entity system
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation for 50,000+ employees
• Serve as liaison between Payroll, HR, Finance and IT and support Director-led initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and audits
