Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer to lead analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation for PeopleSoft HR/Finance modules. The role requires strong SQL/PeopleTools skills, experience with PS Query, and a track record in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
7 years of applicable work experience; 5 years in Healthcare preferred.
Expertise with Oracle Peoplesoft v9.x HR/Finance modules.
Expertise with PeopleTools 8.5x (Application Designer, Peoplecode, App Engine).
Experience with PS Query and SQL; performance tuning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation for PeopleSoft applications.
Communicate solutions, issues, and risks to technical management for integrated multi-workstream delivery.
Provide guidance and training to junior teammates; supervise as needed.
Support production on-call duties and resolve data issues in a 24x7 environment.
