Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer to lead analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation for PeopleSoft HRMS enhancements. You will define system scope, devise solutions, and guide junior teammates in a 24x7 production environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, communicating solutions and risks to management, and collaborating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce teams to deliver reliable, standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7 years of applicable work experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Expertise with Oracle Peoplesoft v9.x HR and/or Finance/Supply chain modules.
• Expertise with Oracle Peoplesoft PeopleTools 8.5x; Experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, Integration Broker, XML Publisher.
• PS Query and SQL experience; performance tuning beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation for PeopleSoft implementations and enhancements.
• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs; devise practical solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced teammates and coordinate with stakeholders.
