Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to join our corporate team. The role focuses on timely, accurate payroll processing, reconciliation, and collaboration with HR and managers to resolve payroll issues.

You will input data into our computerized system, work with the timekeeping system, and ensure compliance with wage and hour guidelines and healthcare pay practices. This is a full-time, daytime position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years of payroll experience.
• 10-key by touch and direct data entry experience.
• General accounting background.
• Hands-on experience with Excel or equivalent.
• Experience with Timekeeping System.
• Knowledge of wage and hour guidelines and healthcare pay practices.

Responsibilities

• Payroll checks must be processed timely and accurately with reconciliation.
• Collaborate with HR, managers and staff to resolve payroll issues; input and retrieve data from the payroll system.
• Work with the timekeeping system to ensure accurate time data.
