Claritev is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager to support the Client Success team in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our healthcare payor clients. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare administration, clinical field or related; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in client success, account management, or related role in healthcare payor or technology.
• Industry knowledge: Understanding of healthcare payor landscape and challenges.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Problem-solving: Proactive, solution-focused with ability to navigate client issues.
• Technical proficiency: Ability to learn healthcare tech solutions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at payor and provider organizations.
• Support onboarding and training for new clients to ensure effective use of products and services.
• Drive product adoption and provide ongoing client support.
• Monitor client performance metrics and usage data; identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as point of contact for client issues and escalations; coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
• Gather and relay client feedback to product and other teams.
• Prepare and present reports on client status, performance, and satisfaction.
• Identify and implement best practices for client success and improve processes.
• Communicate customer needs to Company process owners for services development and implementation.
• Monitor market/competitive information and advise on customer-specific sales strategies.
• Collaborate across disciplines and departments; ensure HIPAA compliance.
