Claritev in the United States is seeking an entry-level Client Success Manager to support healthcare payor clients, manage relationships, and drive product adoption through our technology solutions. This role requires a basic understanding of the healthcare payor industry and strong communication skills.

It emphasizes learning, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration across teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical field or related.
• 5+ years in client success, account management, or related role in healthcare payor or tech.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare payor landscape and challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare payor and provider organizations.
• Support onboarding and training for new clients to ensure effective usage.
• Drive product adoption and usage through ongoing client guidance.
• Monitor client performance metrics and usage data for improvements.
• Act as point of contact for client issues and escalations with internal teams.
• Gather and relay client feedback to product and other teams.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client status and satisfaction.
• Identify best practices to enhance client success and streamline processes.
• Communicate customer business needs to process owners for development and implementation.
