Qualifications

• Must base in Miami, FL and fluent in English.
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience; KPI-driven.
• Travel locally 4–5 days per week with reliable transportation.
• Healthcare experience is a plus; strong relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Travel 4-5 days per week to meet patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend/lead meetings and events; share market feedback with teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal.
