Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled business development professional to manage referral relationships with physicians, hospitals and health systems. You will promote our home health and hospice services, drive referral growth and ensure smooth post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare development, strong presentation skills, and a driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing or related field required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing, therapy or social work program preferred.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare/home health regulatory guidelines required.
• Valid driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• If clinical, license per state requirements to practice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager with referral sources such as physicians and hospitals.
• Support referral growth by educating sources about Enhabit services and requirements.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
