Job summary

San Francisco Post Acute is seeking a seasoned Business Development & Marketing Liaison to enlarge our referral network and grow facility census across the healthcare community. You will cultivate partnerships, open doors for referrals, and represent our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with confidence.

The role focuses on developing hospital and physician relationships, generating referrals, and driving admissions through strategic outreach and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or post-acute care.
• Established referral relationships desirable.
• Proven track record of generating referrals and growing business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel locally for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, medical groups, discharge planners, and community partners.
• Generate and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified referrals to support census growth.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, physician offices, healthcare organizations, and referral sources.
• Promote San Francisco Post Acute's skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and post-acute care services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase admissions and community awareness.
• Coordinate facility tours and act as a primary contact for prospective referral partners.
• Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, and industry functions.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Nursing, and Leadership teams for a seamless referral process.
• Monitor referral activity, admissions trends, and market conditions.
