• Experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales (min. 2 years).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws for Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources to drive referral growth and patient outcomes.
