Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive community outreach and enrollment for its healthcare training programs in Tulare, California. The role focuses on building partnerships with healthcare facilities, employers, schools, and workforce organizations to generate student leads and sponsor cohorts.

You will manage outreach campaigns, events, career fairs, and partnerships, tracking results and maintaining an active pipeline to support monthly census and program

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business development, or community outreach within healthcare or education preferred.
• Ability to build professional relationships and develop new referrals.
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and community outreach strategies to support monthly student enrollment goals.
• Maintain enrollment pipelines for in-person programs and grow online/hybrid enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, employers, schools, and other referral partners.
• Identify organizations interested in sponsoring students for healthcare training programs.
• Coordinate and develop customized training cohorts with healthcare partners.
• Represent Prosperity Training Center at career fairs, events, and partnerships meetings.
• Generate leads through community outreach, referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Provide enrollment support by responding to prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Track marketing activity, leads, partnerships, and enrollments; report on progress to leadership.
