Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking a Community Liaison to expand our presence in Tulare, CA. The role focuses on building relationships with local businesses and organizations, promoting CNA programs, and driving student enrollment through outreach and content creation.

You will manage social media campaigns, attend events, and collaborate with admissions to generate qualified leads while reporting on marketing performance. Travel locally is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Prosperity Training Center and increase community engagement.
• Create content (posts, photos, videos, flyers) for social media platforms to attract prospective students.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
• Represent the school at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and drive student enrollment.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to generate leads and support enrollment goals.
• Track outreach efforts and provide reports on community engagement and marketing performance.
• Travel locally (and occasionally regionally) to support outreach initiatives as needed.
