The Paralegal supports our administrative and legal functions by researching regulatory and compliance matters, preparing correspondence, conducting due diligence, reviewing contractual documents, and maintaining credentialing and licensing records for PHS entities.
This role involves managing multiple projects with competing priorities, requiring initiative and judgment in both administrative and legal tasks.
5-7 years of paralegal experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare law, with knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, credentialing, and regulatory licensing (multistate preferred).
Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and clear, concise writing.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and work independently with minimal oversight.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program is required.
