The Paralegal supports administrative and legal functions, including researching regulatory and compliance matters, preparing correspondence, conducting due diligence for business development, reviewing contractual documents, and maintaining credentialing and licensing records for PHS entities.
This role requires managing multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, exercising judgment in administrative and legal matters.
5-7 years of paralegal experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare law, understanding Medicare, Medicaid, credentialing, and licensing (multistate preferred). Must have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, clear and concise writing, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially are essential.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams are required.
