The Paralegal supports legal and administrative programs by researching regulatory matters, preparing correspondence, performing due diligence, reviewing contractual documents, and maintaining credentialing and licensing records for PHS entities. The role requires managing multiple projects with competing priorities, exercising judgment in administrative and legal tasks.
5-7 years of paralegal experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare law (Medicare, Medicaid, credentialing, licensing), preferably multistate. Must have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, discreet, independent, and possess excellent communication skills.
