Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Systems Analyst II to translate user needs and requirements into system specifications, leading implementation and improvement initiatives for clinical, business, and infrastructure applications. Strong PACS administration knowledge is required.

The role collaborates with nursing, clinicians, and IT Operations to ensure data-driven decision making and compliant documentation, while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years PACS administration experience in healthcare settings.
• Progressive PACS system experience; healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong analytic and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with nursing, clinical providers, technical and/or business professionals.
• Ability to implement and adhere to IT best practices and document policies.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with diverse users to assess needs, redesign processes, and improve services.
• Develop test plans and testing methodologies.
• Coordinate project team efforts during testing and training.
• Ensure IT project standards and thorough documentation of policy and procedures.
• Monitor project status and adjust resources to meet schedules.
