Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead technology solutions in support of clinical and imaging operations. The role focuses on planning, design, and implementation of systems that meet business needs across PACS, EMRs, and related platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in healthcare IT, strong SQL skills, and proven project leadership, with an ability to work across Technology and Digital initiatives while ensuring data security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in medium sized, fast paced corporate organizations.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn.
• Proven project leadership skills for small to medium scale projects.
• Budget forecasting basics, on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Vendor management and risk mitigation basics.
• System vulnerability management basics.
• SQL knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Administers and supports PACS and related medical imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and implement technology solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead multiple small to mid-size implementations and initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations to translate business ideas into measurable requirements.
• Ensure HIPAA and data security compliance and disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide end-user support, training and on-call coverage for imaging operations.
• Manage interoperability between PACS, EMRs, imaging modalities and third-party systems (DICOM/HL7).
