Pivotal Health, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, is seeking an outside Sales Representative to expand our healthcare services across the territory. You will spend most of your time in the field, developing accounts, meeting with physicians and staff, and closing new business.

The role rewards energy and relationship-building with an uncapped commission plan and a base salary of $45,000–$55,000 DOE, plus comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service, outside sales, business development, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient computer and mobile technology skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth territory daily.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Associate degree or higher preferred but not required.
• Healthcare industry experience or knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Introduce physicians, nurses, office staff, and healthcare professionals to our services and solutions.
• Develop and manage accounts throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers.
• Navigate gatekeepers using persistence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
• Own your market by growing territory revenue and driving results.
• Represent Pivotal Health with confidence, integrity, and consistency.
• Maintain regular field activity and territory reporting.
