Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to cover the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This is not a desk job; you will spend the majority of your time in the field, building relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to grow our territory and revenue.

You will receive uncapped commission, comprehensive training, and clear advancement opportunities as you develop new business and partner with healthcare providers across the DFW area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in customer service or outside sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the DFW territory daily.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Introduce healthcare providers to services and solutions.
• Develop and manage accounts across the Dallas–Fort Worth territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with referral sources and providers.
• Navigate gatekeepers with professionalism and persistence.
• Own territory revenue growth and drive results.
• Represent Pivotal Health with integrity.
• Maintain field activity and territory reporting.
