Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Kansas City market. This full-time role focuses on in-person, field-based business development with uncapped commission opportunities.

You will introduce healthcare services to physicians, nurses, and office staff, build territory accounts, and drive revenue through face-to-face meetings and proactive prospecting in the Kansas City area. A high-energy, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service, outside sales, business development, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient computer and mobile technology skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel throughout the Kansas City territory daily.
• Associate degree or higher preferred but not required.
• Healthcare industry experience or knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet established goals, deadlines, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Introduce physicians, nurses, office staff, and healthcare professionals to our services and solutions.
• Develop and manage accounts throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers.
• Navigate gatekeepers using persistence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
• Own your market by growing territory revenue and driving results.
• Represent Pivotal Health with confidence, integrity, and consistency.
• Maintain regular field activity and territory reporting.
