Job summary

360care is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to work fully remote from Texas. This role is salary plus uncapped commission, focusing on phone sales within the health insurance sector. Candidates should have strong communication skills and prior inside sales experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing leads, educating customers about benefits, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with relevant sales experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in phone sales.
• Accident and Health Insurance License preferred but not required.
• Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
• Following up on customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Educating customers on available benefits and services.
