Tactile Medical is seeking a Director of Order Transformation to lead future-state design and delivery for how Order Operations scales and operates. You will own priorities for reimbursement operations, including new platforms, automation, and operating model changes, partnering with IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes change adoption, benefits realization, and executive-level decision support, with opportunities to shape enterprise initiatives and performance outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive transformation leadership in operations or healthcare.
• 5+ years of people leadership across cross-functional programs or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience translating business needs into clear recommendations and executive decisions.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation design and delivery for reimbursement operations across platforms and enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities with operational needs and frontline feedback.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, project plans, decisions, and implementation approaches.
• Oversee program delivery with scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Build feedback loops with stakeholders to support adoption and change management.
• Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and operating routines across Order Operations.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate transformation effectiveness and adjust strategies.
