Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate preferred.
• Ability to follow documented processes and instructions.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and PHI.
• Strong organization and detail orientation.
• Reliable with repetitive tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and organize incoming company mail.
• Scan and route checks and other business documents.
• Assist with organizing, retrieving, and maintaining patient consent documentation.
• Handle PHI in accordance with company policies.
• Scan, upload, file, and organize records and administrative documents.
• Support document collection and basic record verification.
• Maintain internal trackers and operational records accurately.
• Complete routine administrative tasks to support Operations.
• Help prepare, organize, and distribute materials as needed.
• Support miscellaneous office and operational projects as priorities arise.
• Escalate missing, incomplete, or unclear documentation to the appropriate team member.
