Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Client Success Intern (Healthcare Operations). The intern will support care coordination initiatives, monitor client satisfaction, and assist in streamlining operational processes to improve patient engagement and healthcare outcomes.

  • Responsibilities include handling client communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client concerns efficiently, supporting data analysis and reporting, and contributing to strategies for operational improvements in health engagement models.
  • This role involves regular travel to client locations within the New York and New Jersey area, and candidates should be comfortable with in-person interactions and on-ground coordination.

Additional Information

Compensation

$18 — $25 per hour, based on experience
