Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte is seeking a detail‑oriented Materials Resource Management professional to support supply chain operations across Carolinas Medical Center. The role focuses on improving service quality, controlling inventory, and coordinating multiple projects.

You will work in a project‑driven environment with flexibility in schedule, 40 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, with potential variations for milestones and go‑live activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 4 years of associated healthcare materials management experience preferred.
• CMRP or CPIM certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite skills; experience with MM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Materials Resource Management team with supply chain knowledge to enhance services.
• Complies with regulations governing responsibilities as applicable.
• Works in a project management environment supporting multiple projects concurrently.
• Performs tasks rapidly and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Works independently with limited direction, setting deadlines and priorities.
• Interacts with System department managers and business partners to maintain high customer service levels.
