Job summary

Advocate Health at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, seeks a full-time Materials Resource Management professional to support project-driven supply chain activities. You will coordinate with system department managers and business partners to maintain high service levels.

Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma with healthcare materials experience; a BA and Lean Six Sigma are preferred, along with experience in McKesson Pathways / eMerald / Intek WLIB and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 4 years of associated healthcare materials management experience preferred.
• CMRP or CPIM certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Experience with materials management software mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Materials Resource Management team with supply chain knowledge to enhance service value.
• Complies with regulations governing areas of responsibility where applicable.
• Performs in a project management environment and supports multiple projects concurrently.
• Works rapidly and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Interacts with System department managers and business partners to maintain high customer service levels.
