Advocate Health's Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Full-time Materials Resource Management professional to support supply chain operations in the Carolinas. This project-focused role requires collaboration across teams and delivering value through process improvements.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, regulatory compliance, and providing timely management reports while delivering high-quality customer service to system departments and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Certification such as CMRP or CPIM preferred. Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Materials Resource Management team with supply chain knowledge and expertise to improve service value.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations in responsibilities area.
• Works in a project management environment and supports multiple projects concurrently.
• Works rapidly and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Manages deadlines and priorities to support MR Management's mission.
• Interacts with system department managers and business partners to maintain high customer service.
• Provides timely management reports to leadership.
