Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a project-focused supply chain professional for the Carolinas Medical Center operations team in Charlotte. The role supports the Materials Resource Management group, handles multiple projects, and participates in go-live activities, with a 40-hour work week and 7:30 AM-3:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and healthcare materials management experience; Lean Six Sigma knowledge and MS Office/tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred in business or healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare materials management and project-driven environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Materials Resource Management team with supply chain knowledge and expertise.
• Handles multiple projects concurrently and meets deadlines in a project environment.
• Maintains high customer service levels and provides timely management reports.
