Job summary

Advocate Health, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a full-time Materials Resource Management professional to support supply chain activities across the Carolinas. The role is project-focused with 40 hours per week, primarily in an office setting, but hours may vary with milestones and go-live activities.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 4 years of healthcare materials management experience preferred.
• Certification such as CMRP or CPIM preferred.
• Knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) preferred.
• Knowledgeable in using Materials Management software (McKesson Pathways / eMerald, Intek WLIB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Materials Resource Management team with supply chain knowledge to enhance services.
• Works in a project management environment and supports multiple projects concurrently.
• Works rapidly and accurately under pressure and meets project deadlines.
• Sets deadlines and priorities independently to support MR Management's mission.
• Interacts with System department managers and business partners; maintains high customer service levels.
• Provides management reports to leadership in a timely manner.
