Qualifications

• Experience in data entry services and/or purchasing in a medical environment preferred.

• Familiarity with Brightree DME database or similar software highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: inbound/outbound calls, creating, processing, and tracking patient orders.
• Assisting team members with tasks like contacting patients and obtaining documentation from providers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate workflow and support goals.
• Delivery Coordination: support Fulfillment Manager with order assignments and patient deliveries.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and place restocking orders.
• Data Entry: update patient records in Brightree and upload documentation.
