Job summary

You will handle data entry, coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and utilize Brightree and Microsoft Office to ensure accurate records and smooth operations. Experience with DME is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry and/or purchasing in a medical environment is preferred.
• Excellent people and computer skills; including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Brightree DME database or similar software is highly desired; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: inbound/outbound calls, creating, processing, and tracking patient orders.
• Assist team with contacting patients, obtaining documentation, and distributing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate efficient workflow and support goals.
• Support Fulfillment with order assignments, patient deliveries, and service requests.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and place restocking orders.
• Enter and update patient records in Brightree and manage templates.
• Execute specialized tasks requiring advanced knowledge and adherence to policies.
