Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in data entry within a medical environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry in a medical environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and patient orders.
• Assist other team members and gather required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate workflow and projects.
• Support Fulfillment Manager with order assignments and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and restock as needed.
• Enter and update patient records in Brightree or OneDrive.
• Handle specialized tasks aligning with policies and objectives.
