Excellus BlueCross BlueShield offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects and are mentored by their managers, gaining exposure to workshops on critical business concepts across multiple tracks including Business Admin, IT, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and more.

Interns may work in technical or non-technical areas; housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program and in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Population Health Enterprise Operations & Optimization team on strategic initiatives focusing on healthcare affordability and operational excellence.
• Work with mentors and contribute to key projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
