DelRicht Research in Gulfport, MS is hiring for a clinical support role that blends patient care with study operations. You will guide participants through visits, help ensure protocol adherence, and accurately enter data into required systems.

Training is provided for blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, and charting. We value clear communication, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Clear communication and sound judgment, including the ability to make decisions and work toward solutions when situations change.
• Careful attention to detail and an organized approach to competing priorities.
• The ability to learn study protocols, systems, and clinical workflows quickly.
• A patient-focused approach, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to collaborate.
• Comfort performing blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, and charting during patient visits. We’re happy to provide training.

Responsibilities

• The patient experience: Help people feel comfortable in the clinic and guide them through the visits required by their study.
• The details of each visit: Support accurate, efficient care with 100% adherence to trial protocols and site expectations.
• Study participation: Help with screening, enrollment, and retention, keeping safety and timely follow-through central to the work.
• The clinical record: Enter study data into the required systems accurately and on time.
• Communication between people: Keep patients, physicians, and other stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates.

This is hands-on work - not an administrative-only role, and we’re happy to train you in blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, and charting. No previous research or patient care experience is required. You’ll contribute to both the patient experience and the accuracy of our clinical research operations by leading:

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, 40+ hrs

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Location: On-site in Gulfport, MS

Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000

Total Annual Compensation Potential: through our Quarterly Bonus Plan, annual earnings are estimated at $55,000-$65,000. Total compensation is not guaranteed pay; bonuses are earned quarterly dependent upon an employee's performance and productivity.
