Job summary

Meduit is hiring an Operations Support Representative to assist the Client Services team with processing time-sensitive documents, updating accounts, posting payments and resolving discrepancies. The role requires meticulous data entry, confidentiality, and strong communication skills to support healthcare partners.

The position is onsite in Greensburg, IN, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated data-entry accuracy with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Services team in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Validate and fulfill consumer-specific requests and review itemized bills.
• Process account updates and placement files within timelines.
• Review incoming mail and route or process documents accordingly.
• Analyze account information to identify and resolve balance discrepancies.
• Post payments and adjustments accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility and review settlement offers for accuracy.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders with confidentiality.
