Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day administrative and business operations.
• Oversee billing, data entry, scheduling and records management with quality control.
• Monitor procurement and supply chain operations for timely procurement and inventory control.
• Coach staff, support staffing, training, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Assist leadership with budgeting, data reporting and strategic planning.
• Ensure effective communication and issue resolution within the team.
