Harmony Cedar Rapids is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing team. You will oversee billing and accounts receivable, balance resident accounts, and prepare billing statements to ensure accurate and timely payments.

The role supports residents with applications for medical assistance, distributes cash allowances, and requires attention to detail and reliable handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in an accounting role.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of billing and accounts receivable.
• Balance resident accounts and create and collect resident billing statements.
• Assist residents complete medical assistance applications and distribute resident cash allowances.
• Ensure residents receive high standard of care and accurate financial processing.
