Job summary

In coordination with Department leadership, you will hire, coach, evaluate staff, and address performance issues. The position emphasizes staff development, compliance, and collaboration to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Home Infusion experience handling charge master, coding, insurance and billing.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• 2 years progressive leadership in a clinic setting (team lead or interim).
• 1 year progressive leadership plus at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Equivalent leadership experience in a relevant setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of insurance/billing, accounting, contract management and receptionist/scheduling.
• Provide safe, fiscally responsible direction and staff development.
• Collaborate with Department Director on hiring, coaching and staff evaluation, counseling, discipline, and termination as needed.
• Support access to patient care and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Improve patient satisfaction and clinic performance in collaboration with leadership.
