Responsibilities

• Support regional operations through workflow improvement and process optimization
• Review and process documentation including insurance verification and authorizations
• Enter, track, and validate patient and authorization data in EMR systems
• Analyze workflows to identify errors and implement efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and communicate trends
• Maintain knowledge of payer guidelines, products and services for compliance
• Assist with training materials, onboarding, and cross-functional support
• Deliver equipment to patients and educate on use and follow-ups to support care
