Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care, business or related field.
• 5 Years experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, project coordination, project management, and/or process improvement initiatives in healthcare.
• 2 Years experience with compliance, regulatory reporting, audit support, or related operational functions.
• 2 Years experience developing, analyzing, and reporting operational metrics, KPIs, trends, dashboards, or performance improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Examine operational trends and service-related data; create reports and recommendations for decision making.
• Develop project plans and oversee execution with leadership and internal/external departments.
• Design and implement improvement initiatives including measurement, benchmarks, and reporting.
• Attend and facilitate project and collaboration meetings; prepare meeting materials and track action items.
• Provide prompt, accurate service to internal and external customers; build strong stakeholder relationships.
