Sharp Health Plan is seeking a Project Manager for Service Operations in San Diego. You will support the Director with research and analysis, provide recommendations for improvement, and develop, plan and execute projects across the department.

The role includes regulatory reporting coordination, audit readiness support, compliance documentation, and meeting preparation. Responsibilities cover customer satisfaction, process improvement, and quality initiatives within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care, business or related field.
• 5 Years experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects in healthcare.
• 2 Years experience with compliance, regulatory reporting, audit support, or related operational functions.
• 2 Years experience developing, analyzing, and reporting operational metrics, KPIs, trends, dashboards, or performance improvement recommendations.
• Master's Degree preferred; experience in health plan operations, contact center operations, or service recovery.

Responsabilités

• Support Sharp Health Plan's Service Operations with research and analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop, plan and execute projects, and provide department-wide operational support including regulatory reporting coordination and audit readiness.
• Prepare compliance documentation and meeting materials; contribute to customer satisfaction, process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Attend and facilitate meetings, track action items, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely project delivery and effective service delivery.
