You will support regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and compliance documentation while driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in health care or business and at least five years managing cross-functional healthcare projects, with two years in compliance or operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, business or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years leading or supporting cross-functional projects in healthcare.
• At least 2 years in regulatory reporting, audit support or related operations.
• 2+ years creating, analyzing, and reporting KPIs, trends, dashboards.
