Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading or supporting cross-functional projects and process improvements in healthcare.
• 2+ years in compliance, regulatory reporting, audit support, or related operations.
• 2+ years creating, analyzing, and reporting operational metrics, KPIs, trends, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional projects with planning, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and oversee execution with leadership and internal/external teams.
• Track progress to ensure timely completion and deliverables.
• Design improvement initiatives, establish benchmarks, and monitor results.
• Prepare meeting materials and present findings to line-of-business stakeholders.
