Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate in Healthcare Administration or related field or at least 2 years of healthcare experience with 2 years in a management role.
• Minimum 2 years medical office management experience and EHR experience.
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and adept with PowerPoint, Outlook and Word; strong communication, data interpretation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assists with operational issues and improvement recommendations to office manager and physicians.
• Performs practice assessments and communicates findings and goals.
• Leads office/department meetings as needed.
• Collaborates with Quality Team for staff training, support, and goal setting.
• Participates in training events and meetings (Office Contacts Meeting, EHR Super User calls, etc.).
• Manages customer service programs and initiatives.
• Assists with new business development.
• Uses data to provide benchmarks for goal setting.
• Recommends new policies and updates to Administrative Team.
• Maintains confidentiality and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates effectively with patients to resolve issues and protect PHC.
