Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to manage an assigned patient caseload by coordinating scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day branch operations. This role ensures proper staffing, accurate payroll, and clear communication among families, clinicians, and branch leadership.

Reports To: Director of Operations. Requires strong organization, multitasking, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of customer service or healthcare coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules and coverage across caseload.
• Verify payroll hours and timekeeping with clinical staff.
• Maintain EMR-based schedules and hours data.
• Communicate scheduling updates to families and field staff.
• Support recruiting and onboarding as needed.
• Assist with general office operations and confidentiality.
