Job summary

Team Select Home Care in Denver, CO is seeking a Relationship Manager to coordinate care and operations for a local patient population. You will supervise scheduling, staffing, recruiting, and onboarding, while ensuring insurance authorizations and payroll accuracy.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires at least 1 year of healthcare management, plus strong MS Office skills; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Manage referral/intake processes including onsite visits.
• Ensure insurance eligibility and proper authorizations.
• Oversee payroll verification with clinical staff.
• Assist Director of Operations in achieving financial metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and company information.
