Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Minimum 1 year managerial/supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in PA (Pennsylvania)

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and oversee the medication-use process in the assigned area.
• Ensure best-practice standards of clinical care and optimize patient satisfaction.
• Evaluate current pharmacy practice and implement recommendations.
• Plan and develop new programs based on needs and opportunities.
• Address employee and patient issues promptly with HR or leadership support.
• Perform performance management and staffing decisions for the team.
• Ensure adequate staffing, skill mix, and allocation to support patient care.
• Contribute to budgets and financial planning for the area.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and admins to improve medication utilization.
• Develop evidence-based, cost-saving protocols and therapies.
• Educate staff on key performance indicators and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Develop and revise department policies and procedures.
